6 tips for the perfect barbecue

Amount

Calculate between 300 and 500 grams of meat per person. On top of that, add a serving of green foods, such as potatoes, eggplant or asparagus and, why not, lettuce.
BBQs. The first thing you need to ask yourself is whether you want to use wood or charcoal.

Wood or vine shoots require continuous feeding, and meat takes longer to cook, but is much tastier and healthier. On the other hand, the embers of charcoal keep longer and do not vary in their heating power.
