Mermoz Avocats is born

A new multidisciplinary firm in business law, both in advice and in litigation, is born. Its name? Mermoz Avocats. Today it brings together 25 lawyers, including eight partners. In mergers and acquisitions and private equity officiate the two original initiators of the project, Gilles Roux (DESS in national, community and international litigation, College of Law London), ex-Paul Hastings, and Tristan Segonds (DEA business law Paris-I), passed by Hogan Lovells, Intel Capital and 3i.
