Fancy a three-star food truck? Marseille chef Alexandre Mazzia is reopening his truck for the summer. While his restaurant AM has just entered the “50 Best”, the chef will offer his gourmet street food from this Saturday June 18 and until August 20 at 8 boulevard Carmagnole, in the 8th arrondissement of Marseille.
Alexandre Mazzia, who named his truck “Michel”, in tribute to his fishing grandfather, is taking advantage of the closure of his restaurant for work until July 25 to reopen his food truck which was launched in October 2020 – no without a few adventures – while the catering sector suffered from periods of confinement and curfew linked to the Covid-19 pandemic.
On its Instagram account, the food truck has already given a glimpse of the decor in which it has established itself. And on the menu, you will find classics but also novelties such as a vegetable bun, and pastries. Mouth watering.
