What to drink when it’s hot? Did you know: drinking too cold accelerates dehydration of the body. If we generally want to turn to a soda with ice cubes or a very cold glass of water, know that there is nothing more effective than drinking a drink… lukewarm (between 12 and 14° for be precise) or hot! The latter makes it possible to dilate the vessels and to evacuate the heat more easily. This way you will also avoid thermal shocks. In case of heat stroke, opt for a large glass of water at room temperature or a tea without sugar for example.
