It was inaugurated two and a half years ago on Boulevard d’Avroy. In this place called “Paco and Co”, customers could have a drink while playing with their dog or one of those brought on site. The place was also a crèche for doggies and also offered a grooming service. The fact remains that the first “dog café” in Liège closed a few days ago.
“For now, I have handed over my commercial ground floor.
